The main products of potato processing: french fries, chips, mashed potatoes, potato croquettes, etc. It is also difficult to imagine traditional Ukrainian cuisine without potatoes, because potatoes are also one of the main products, starting from the ordinary dishes: roasting, baked, stewed, in uniforms, puree and fries, to mandatory and basic ingredients in various soups and in the preparation of Ukrainian national cultural heritage dishes, which is recognized by UNESCO - borscht.
